Social Media Engagement Coordinator
Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Social Media Engagement Coordinator to join their dynamic social team. This junior-level role involves fostering community engagement, responding to interactions across social platforms, and supporting broader campaign goals while working closely with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to every comment, DM, like, mention, and tag across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone across all interactions
- Proactively engage with followers, creators, and relevant conversations to foster community loyalty
- Escalate key insights, sentiment shifts, or community feedback to the social and brand teams
- Assist with scheduling and publishing daily content across social channels
- Support in writing, editing, and posting captions that align with brand voice
- Must be able to jump in to create or edit quick-turnaround social assets (images, gifs, short-form video) on Capcut, Instagram, Tik tok as needed
- Relay important trends, feedback, or influencer/customer mentions to appropriate internal teams
- Help maintain content calendars, community tracking documents, and social asset organization
- Ensure all posts are properly tagged for performance tracking and analytics
- Stay informed on beauty, culture, and social media trends to keep ABH at the forefront of conversation
- Conduct competitive and trend research to inform team strategy
- Additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the social media department
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in social media or digital engagement (internships included); beauty or fashion industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Deep understanding of how users engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and editing abilities
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends, especially during product launches or high-traffic moments
- Hybrid work location: Must be available onsite 4 days a week, and 1-day WFH from 9 am- 6 pm
- Familiarity with basic photo or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut) is a bonus
