Overview
The Data Analyst Lead will support key Company IT/IS initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database to improve and sustain Company security controls. Role Responsibilities
- Analyze data and execute the approved data cleansing strategy, normalization, and CI population in the ServiceNow CMDB
- Report progress and issues/potential solutions to project management
