ServiceNow GRC Implementation Consultant-REMOTE
ServiceNow Implementation Consultant Remote, Anywhere USA Job Summary Our client is seeking a ServiceNow GRC Implementation Consultant to support the configuration, deployment, and optimization of core GRC and CMDB capabilities. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver an integrated platform for risks, controls, policies, and application mappings. The ideal consultant brings hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong understanding of governance frameworks, and the ability to drive complex configuration work through completion.
Responsibilities
GRC / IRM Implementation
- Configure and refine GRC/IRM modules including Issues, Risks, Controls, Policies, and Assessments.
- Establish workflows for issue management, remediation tracking, risk scoring, and exceptions.
- Support framework mapping and control applicability processes across environments.
CMDB Integration & Alignment
- Validate CI classes, attributes, and relationships necessary for GRC functionality.
- Ensure accurate application-to-control mapping and ownership alignment.
- Build or enhance Transform Maps and related data workflows.
Data Migration & Transformation
- Extract, cleanse, standardize, and prepare data sets for migration.
- Load and validate structured data spanning risks, findings, controls, policies, and CI mappings.
- Reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Testing, Deployment & Support
- Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and adjust workflows as needed.
- Support deployment planning, cutover, and post–go-live stabilization.
- Participate in design sessions, sprint activities, and solution reviews.
Qualifications
- 5 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, specifically with GRC/IRM and CMDB.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Transform Maps, Flow Designer, and scripting.
- Experience with data migration and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITGC, SOX, and risk/control frameworks.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred; Risk & Compliance certifications a plus.

- CMDB aligned to support control applicability.
- Clean, accurate baseline data successfully migrated.
