SEO Executive/Specialist
This is a remote position. Makers' Muse is looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and strengthen our digital presence across STEM education, robotics, coding and innovation-focused programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and program pages.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and collaborate with content and design teams.
- Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat link-building strategies.
- Monitor performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly reports.
- Optimize local SEO profiles and citations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of WordPress SEO and Rank Math/Yoast.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, XML Sitemaps, and Robots.txt.
- Experience in backlink analysis and link building.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
