Job Description
Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany, both in the public and private sectors who offers services for over 150,000 banking workstations and for more than 4,500 employees. It covers over 60% of banking sector in Germany.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, including permissions, security controls, and governance requirements. Implement and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on Copilot, while supporting related services such as Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and tenant administration. Provide 2nd-level support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Automate recurring operational tasks and processes, preferably using PowerShell, to improve efficiency and service quality. Work closely with adjacent M365 teams to develop integrated and customer-oriented solutions and to optimize the use of Microsoft 365 products. Keep security and compliance in focus by implementing and further developing measures such as DLP, Microsoft Purview, and other governance requirements.
Qualifications
Must have: Strong experience administering and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot in an enterprise environment. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including tenant administration, Microsoft Purview, and governance concepts. Experience implementing security and compliance controls, such as DLP, data governance, and access management. PowerShell scripting and automation skills for operational efficiency and process optimization. Proven experience in 2nd-level support, troubleshooting, and implementing technical solutions within Microsoft 365 environments. Familiarity with broader Microsoft Security and Compliance capabilities and best practices. Advanced proficiency in both German and English, B2 minimum Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result. Nice to have: Certifications related to M365 services Consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
