Role Overview As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-retention short-form content that aligns with our brand style and drives engagement at scale. You should have a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver multiple pieces of content per day.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content with a focus on retention and engagement
- Match and maintain consistent brand identity and visual style
- Deliver multiple high-quality videos daily
- Collaborate with the team and communicate efficiently
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic text)
- Experience editing Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Proven ability to create high-retention content
- Strong creative direction and visual taste
