About Algonova Algonova is the global EdTech platform of Algorithmics Global, with 500k+ active students worldwide. The platform helps kids learn coding, math, and digital skills across international markets. The math vertical launched last year and has become the core engine of the business — generating several million dollars a year today, with a clear path to become ~$20M in 2 years. The Indonesian market for kids' math education is large, underpenetrated, and accelerating. What you are expected to do Own end-to-end B2C growth for the math vertical: diagnose funnel + unit economics, identify constraints, and drive measurable improvements Build and prioritize a growth hypothesis backlog; establish a consistent experimentation cadence (acquisition / activation / conversion) Own and evolve Go-To-Market strategy: target segments, value propositions, positioning, monetization logic Work cross-functionally with performance, sales, and marketing to orchestrate campaigns and new user paths Discover and scale new growth channels: partnerships, affiliates, alternative acquisition/distribution models Lead 0→1 initiatives when they are part of the growth strategy: research, positioning, first traction What you need to succeed 5–6+ years in Product Management with strong PM fundamentals (problem framing, prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty) Proven B2C growth experience: you’ve owned funnels/monetization/experimentation in a consumer product (performance-heavy context is a plus) Strong analytical thinking: comfortable with unit economics, cohort logic, and designing experiments that answer real questions High ownership and autonomy: you take problems end-to-end and move fast without needing heavy guidance Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (product × performance × marketing × sales) Nice-to-haves Experience with SEA / Indonesia or other emerging markets EdTech / subscriptions / family & kids products experience Hands-on experience with GTM and 0→1 launches AI-native workflow (Cursor / Claude / automation tools) as an accelerator for iteration speed What you get High-impact mandate: own growth for a core business vertical in a massive, underpenetrated market Real ownership: end-to-end responsibility (not a narrow slice of a funnel) Scope: combine growth experimentation with GTM and new channel building Strong team: senior peers and direct access to decision-makers Remote setup: flexible geography; EU timezone overlap preferred
