Pay: Up to $4,500/month Setup: Full-time Schedule: U.S. hours through at least 4 PM Eastern Join our client, a U.S. healthcare organization, and improve an existing healthcare codebase with strong backend, SQL, and Angular work. What You’ll Do Build backend features in C# and .NET Core Maintain APIs using Web API and EF Core Improve SQL Server queries and stored procedures Troubleshoot backend and database performance issues Support Angular modules, components, and services Contribute to Clean Architecture improvements Work with engineering and business teams on requirements Must-Haves 7+ years with C#/.NET and Angular Strong .NET Core and Web API experience SQL Server stored procedures and query optimization Entity Framework Core experience JWT, Identity, and authentication experience U.S. healthcare, HIPAA, claims, or patient data experience
