Your role at Vantive The Senior Manager, Market Intelligence, will execute defined market intelligence workstreams and contribute to translating competitive and market insights into business action. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Business Strategy and Operations and operates within a direction-setting framework established by the Associate Director, taking guidance from the AD on project scope, priorities, and deliverable quality. The Senior Manager collaborates with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Strategy teams, primarily focused on the PD business, to develop fact-based perspectives on market dynamics and contributes inputs to market models and revenue forecasts. The role requires strong analytical capability, structured problem-solving, and disciplined execution. The Senior Manager operates with moderate autonomy, applying established frameworks and methodologies. What you’ll be doing Market Intelligence & Insight Generation Execute defined market intelligence workstreams, primarily focused on the PD business, under the direction of the Associate Director; contribute to projects aligned to priority business questions (e.g., market entry, growth opportunities, competitive threats). Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research to generate insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Contribute to the development and maintenance of market models, revenue forecasts, and segmentation frameworks to support portfolio and commercial planning. Synthesize competitive intelligence into clear implications and preliminary recommendations; present findings to the Associate Director for refinement and integration into enterprise-level strategy. Strategy Enablement Support in collaborating with Commercial and Marketing leaders; prepare analysis, data, and slide-ready outputs that inform go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning decisions. Support portfolio strategy and planning processes by providing structured market and customer perspectives. Prepare components and analytical inputs for executive-level deliverables, including strategic reviews and planning discussions. Change Management & Adoption Execute change management activities; manage specific adoption tracks and report progress, supporting the embedding of market intelligence into business processes (e.g., planning cycles, launch readiness, sales enablement). Identify and surface gaps between insights generated and actions taken; escalate systemic barriers and support resolution as directed. Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and communication approaches that make insights accessible and actionable for field and functional teams. Support change initiatives tied to new ways of working, helping to ensure alignment, clarity, and sustained behavioral shifts across stakeholders. Serve as a liaison across functions to reinforce alignment and consistency in how market insights are used. Capability Building Support capability-building initiatives; contribute to improvements in processes, data sources, and governance within assigned workstreams. Contribute to an insight-driven culture by modeling analytical rigor and strong communication practices in all work products. Actively develop own market intelligence and strategic skills; contribute to team process improvements and help elevate the quality of analytical outputs within peer-level workstreams. What you’ll bring Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics roles. Experience working on cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills. Clear communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information. The Global Business Strategy and Operations team has been tasked to support the business units, regions, and finance in developing a robust market model that accounts for revenue opportunity, competitive threats, tailwinds to capitalize on, etc. This new function for Vantive will provide market insights used broadly; e.g., the Global Products & Services Product Teams to inform product strategy, the regions to support demand planning and downstream marketing, and finance to vet AOP and LRP submissions. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
