Senior HR Business Partner - R&D

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to embed with our R&D organization, partnering closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Security.
Requirements
- Strong HR expertise and a proven track record as a thought partner to senior leaders, ideally within or adjacent to technical or product organizations
- Skilled at navigating and facilitating change in fast-moving environments, with the ability to influence, create alignment, and build durable support for new ideas and initiatives
- Experience working across global employment laws and HR practices
- Innately curious, data-driven, and operate with a high sense of urgency that turns insight into action and measurable results
