Senior Enterprise Account Manager

What Are We Looking For? We are seeking an Executive Account Manager with strong enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and drive expansion within healthcare strategic accounts. This role requires a consultative, business-driven professional who can operate across clinical, operational, and executive levels within health systems. This is a remote role working from home with up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, including expansion and upsell opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to close Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement processes Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce Represent Hyro at customer meetings and industry events Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise sales processes and strategy Requirements 6+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS Proven experience selling into healthcare systems and complex enterprise environments Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder deals Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Commissions are uncapped.
