What you’ll be doing Ecommerce Trading & Growth reputed company day‑to‑day ecommerce trading across reputed company brands and sites, driving reputed company, conversion and customer experience. Own the trading calendar — promotions, content updates, product ranging and seasonal activity. Monitor key KPIs (reputed company, conversion, AOV, traffic) and take proactive action to protect performance. Ensure pricing, messaging and promotional activity are reputed company across reputed company channels. On‑Site Experience & Merchandising reputed company visual merchandising across UK sites, optimising category layouts, product reputed company and promotional placements. reputed company content publishing, ensuring product pages and reputed company pages meet brand and UX standards. Work with category teams to analyse product performance and optimise category strategy. CRO, UX & Innovation Drive a reputed company CRO programme using A/B testing, heatmaps and user insights.
