The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics will spearhead the fight against coordinated abuse, account takeovers, spam, and other harmful behaviors. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position that blends strategic leadership with hands‑on data analysis, ensuring that careerzynith remains a safe haven for creators and viewers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a global strategy for detecting, mitigating, and preventing adversarial abuse across all careerzynith products.
• Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, engineers, and policy experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Risk Identification: Anticipate emerging threats—such as generative AI‑driven scams, coordinated misinformation campaigns, and large‑scale bot networks—and develop proactive countermeasures.
• Data‑Driven Insights: Oversee the design and implementation of analytics pipelines that ingest massive datasets, surface anomalies, and generate actionable intelligence for product and policy teams.
• Cross‑Functional Partnerships: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, Global Operations, and Legal to translate analytical findings into robust product features and policy updates.
• Operational Excellence: Establish clear KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of abuse mitigation initiatives worldwide.
• Incident Response: Lead rapid response efforts for high‑severity abuse incidents, coordinating with on‑call teams and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Innovation & Tooling: Champion the development of next‑generation detection tools, leveraging machine learning, graph analytics, and real‑time monitoring.
• Talent Development: Mentor senior analysts and emerging leaders, creating pathways for career growth and professional development within the Trust & Safety organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all abuse‑prevention activities align with global privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal governance policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience leading risk‑mitigation or abuse‑prevention initiatives at scale.
• Proven track record of building and deploying data‑driven solutions that detect and reduce malicious activity.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional product and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into product features.
• Strong understanding of large‑scale data infrastructures, including SQL, R, Python, and Matlab.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across global partners.
• Demonstrated business acumen: ability to use data to drive strategy, prioritize initiatives, and balance risk with user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Science.
• 2 + years of experience analyzing massive datasets to uncover patterns of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
