Senior Director – Education Foundation, Philanthropy

Job Description

• Partner with reputed company executive leadership and the Education Foundation Board to identify opportunities to expand the Foundation’s reputed company and impact.
• reputed company and execute fundraising initiatives that support scholarships, leadership development programs, and workforce advancement.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, healthcare executives, and corporate partners.

• Build and manage a donor pipeline and fundraising campaigns that align with reputed company’s strategic priorities.
• Build strong relationships with reputed company members, industry leaders, and philanthropic supporters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, development, or corporate partnership leadership.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts, corporate philanthropy, or sponsorship reputed company.
• Experience working with executive leaders, boards, and high-level stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in healthcare, health IT, nonprofit associations, education, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate mission-driven initiatives into compelling philanthropic opportunities.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and expand donor engagement reputed company reputed company stakeholder environments.
