Job Title: QA Lead Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote Experience: 8+ Yrs Job Summary: Duties/Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements and business processes. Oversee the execution of tests, manage test environments, and ensure adherence to test procedures. Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution, working with development teams to fix identified issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful testing. Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate test status and findings, and address any issues or concerns. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members. Competency: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and architecture.
