Senior Animator (Fixed-term contract)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design, art, and narrative teams to create believable character and creature animations. Create expressive and character-driven animations for humans and creatures that enhance the game experience. Work with motion capture data. Implement created assets into engine. Perform iterative work in order to improve their quality. Provide feedback on the work of the animation team. Maintain animation pipeline. Research new technical solutions. Mentor the less experienced members of the team.
Requirements
At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position. Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, both human and creature. Proficient in Autodesk Maya. Familiarity with Autodesk MotionBuilder. Experience with game engines. Good sense of characters, anatomy, movement dynamics, forces and masses. Fluent English. Experience with engine implemention. Keeping up with technological nuances in the field of animation. Ability to create animation assets consistent with the artistic vision and quality of the project. Ability to clearly provide constructive feedback. Good communication skills and eagerness to work in group. Problem-solving oriented.
