Complexity: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified position. Experience: 4 year degree/post 4 year degree, and typically 5 - 7 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience Impact: Decisions have impact on success of project team, department, work group, and/or client. Influence / Leadership: Frequently interacts with subordinate functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules. Scope: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Supervision: If in a more experienced role may mentor junior staff.
