Senior Academic Advisor
Driven and entrepreneurial, the remote Senior Academic Advisor will manage consultative calls with prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process while driving revenue growth through inbound sales and refining systems for scalability. Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Own the relationship with prospective students from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a smooth experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, with experience in data management
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
