Location: Remote (US-based) Position Type: Long-Term Contract (Hourly) Overview: Universal Language Service, Inc. is seeking three dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Agents to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers competitive hourly pay and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing communications with interpreters and requesters, and ensuring smooth scheduling operations. Job Details: Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends (flexible) Two possible shifts available: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of outbound calls to interpreters and service requesters, ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Update and manage scheduling information in the CRM system (Salesforce experience is highly preferred). Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Monitor and manage real-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and reschedules. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the scheduling process. Handle general inquiries and provide assistance regarding scheduling or service-related concerns. Ensure compliance with internal protocols and procedures for medical scheduling (experience with medical scheduling is a plus). Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, particularly with outbound calls, is essential. Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working as an interpreter a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical scheduling or dispatching is highly beneficial. Familiarity with scheduling software or platforms. Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing scheduling challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, particularly during peak periods. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing schedules, client demands, and business needs.
