We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Configurator with 6+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a highly skilled configurator who can serve as a key technical leader on projects. As a Senior Configurator, you will act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding the project team and client through the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment. \n What You'll Do: Understand business goals and support discovery sessions. Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features, providing technical insights to ensure they are achievable. Analyze complex, holistic business processes and break them down into smaller, manageable, and actionable requirements. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for declarative capabilities, including advanced Flow and other platform functionalities. Champion solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reduce technical debt, showcasing an architectural mindset. Lead the configuration effort, setting up the team for success by championing best practices and naming conventions. Collaborate with the development team to define the interaction between declarative configurations and custom code. Mentor and guide junior configurators, resolving blockers and serving as a technical escalation point. Actively prepare for and lead client discussions, offering strategic technical recommendations with a focus on business value. Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com 5+ years of systems consulting experience Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. An expert Salesforce configurator Ability to work within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills Willingness to travel for team events as needed Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation. Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards. Qualifications: Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred. \nCrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $85,000 - $150,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits. #LI-AJ1 #LI-REMOTE
