Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Expert
A leading technology consulting firm is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Expert to support a remote project. This temporary role focuses on enhancing personalization capabilities across email and eCommerce platforms for our client. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Expert Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve the current MCP setup, identifying gaps and validating use cases for email and eCommerce personalization.
- Develop and communicate a clear personalization strategy and actionable plans for internal teams.
- Advise on integrating Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) with MCP, including architecture considerations and trade-offs.
- Provide guidance on evolving SFMC platforms, including legacy vs. next-generation personalization strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and lead workshops to ensure alignment on personalization initiatives.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Expert Qualifications:
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/MCP).
- Strong background in creating and executing personalization strategies across email and web/eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) or similar customer data platforms.
- Ability to operate strategically and technically, offering executive insights and implementation guidance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
