Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with expertise in transforming ServiceMax implementations to Salesforce FSL. Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Salesforce ServiceMax, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), SFDC Data Model, Health Cloud, Vlocity Omni studio Salesforce Experience Level: 10 to 15 years Required Skills & Experience · 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience · Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) · Strong knowledge of ServiceMax architecture and data model · Proven experience in ServiceMax to FSL migration/transformation · Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows · Understanding of FSL scheduling, dispatcher console, and optimization · Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes · Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) · Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and security model · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good to Have · Experience with Asset 360 or other field service products · Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins · Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification · FSL Certification · Experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Utilities domain
