Salesforce CPQ Lead Developer
Hiring: Salesforce Lead Developer (CPQ Certified) Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Contract We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) expertise and leadership experience to join a long-term project. Mandatory Requirements ✅ Salesforce CPQ Certification (Required) ✅ Strong Salesforce Development experience ✅ Salesforce CPQ implementation and Quote-to-Cash expertise ✅ Leadership and stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and delivery.
- Drive Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Manage onsite/offshore teams and coordinate project delivery.
- Conduct sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business processes into Salesforce capabilities and technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
- Salesforce Flows, Automation, Security, and Data Models
- Salesforce Platform Architecture fundamentals
- Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation
- Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Preferred Skills
- API & Integration experience (REST APIs, MuleSoft, ETL Tools)
- Data Migration experience
- SaaS Product Analytics Data experience (Highly Preferred)
