Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the full sales cycle – from active prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure
- Presentation of our products and services to potential clients in the life sciences, pharmaceutical and bioanalytical clients
- Conducting product demonstrations and creating tailored proposals and solution concepts
- Managing and developing existing client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Active maintenance and management of customer and project data in the CRM system
- Close collaboration with the marketing and project team to align campaigns and client communications
- Representing up to data at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events – with a particular focus on the USA
- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our product offering
Voraussetzungen
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of SaaS solutions with a preference for those working in the pharmaceutical, CRO, bioanlytical or life science market.
- Fluent in both German and English – for communication with clients across the EU and USA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident presence in front of clients and stakeholders
