From managing key accounts to negotiating local contracts You'll balance hands-on technical support with long-term sales strategy, ensuring customers receive both innovation and service they can trust. What you'll do: Build and grow strong customer and distributor relationships. Manage global and European accounts within your territory. Identify new sales opportunities and expand into new markets. Negotiate local contracts and agreements. Provide technical support to customers and distributors. Track competitor activity, update CRM, and report on sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales and marketing programs. Must-haves: Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Several years commercial experience in B2B consumables. Strong background in Metalworking Fluids or Industrial Lubricants. Native German with fluent English. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Nice-to-haves: Existing network in the metalworking industry. Experience in international or cross-cultural environments.
