Sales Development Partner (Salary + Commission =$100k+)

RoofOptions is expanding its Exclusive Roof Management Program. I am not looking to fill a role. I am looking for the right individual to come alongside me as a true partner. This opportunity is built around close collaboration with me. You will work directly with the Director of Roof Management to understand how the roof management value proposition resonates with enterprise organizations and help open the right conversations at the corporate level. This is not program execution. Your role is to identify the appropriate executives, introduce the value of the roof management program in a thoughtful and credible way, and collaborate with me to set high quality introductory meetings, virtual or in person. This is not transactional selling. It is strategic prospecting and relationship development with companies that manage large, multi site roof portfolios. What this partnership focuses on: Identifying the right corporate level decision makers Introducing the roof management program value with clarity and relevance Prospecting enterprise organizations with regional or national portfolios Engaging leaders in facilities, operations, finance, and real estate Thoughtful outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals Setting qualified introductory meetings directly with me Who this partnership is for: Someone with executive presence and strong communication skills Comfort engaging senior and C suite level leaders A mindset wired for quality over quantity and long term relationships Someone who values autonomy, ownership, and collaboration Compensation and benefits: $40,000 base salary $300 per qualified, attended meeting 0.5 percent revenue override on originated accounts for up to 24 months Six figure earning potential Health and dental insurance offered Weekly pay Fully remote, work from anywhere Apply To this Job Company : RoofOptions LLC Salary : Work from home
