About the Role
We're looking for an experienced sales closer who can take warm and inbound leads across the finish line. You'll be speaking with business owners who are actively seeking capital, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the funding process with confidence. This is a closer role — not a prospecting role. You must be comfortable handling objections, building trust quickly, and driving urgency without being pushy.
What You'll Do
- Work inbound and warm leads of business owners seeking funding
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand each client's capital needs and goals
- Clearly explain Commera's funding products and match clients to the right solution
- Follow up persistently and professionally to move deals through the pipeline
- Coordinate with the advisory team to ensure smooth handoffs and funded deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales closing experience, preferably in business funding, MCA, financial services, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing deals over the phone
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to explain financial products in plain, accessible language
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and closer's mindset
- CRM experience (required)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
Compensation
- $1,600/month base salary
- 25% of net commission on every funded deal
- Uncapped earnings — top closers in this industry earn well into six figures
