Designed for fresh graduates and early career talents, this program offers hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and comprehensive product training — all while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities: Understand market trends, customer behaviors and needs, and the competitor landscape Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and other research as necessary to generate insights Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers Assist with sales reporting and related activities What We Offer: A structured learning experience in a world-class medical technology company An assigned mentor to provide ongoing mentorship and coaching On-the-job as well as classroom products and other essential trainings to build technical competency and soft skills A monthly stipend throughout the program and bonus, subject to good performance Opportunities for full-time employment at the end of the program, subject to business needs and performance Qualifications: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years post-graduates who are pursuing or have pursued degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biomedical, or other Life Sciences disciplines.
