Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: Integrated Business Planning Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Pomezia, Roma, Italy Job Description: Job Title: Robotics Supply Chain Planning & Operations Lead Job summary The Robotics Supply Chain Planning & Operations Lead coordinates end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution for robotics deployments across EMEA, with an initial focus on providing operational support during early product commercialization and market rollouts. As deployments scale, the role transitions to driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement across the robotics portfolio. Provides operational analysis and recommendations to Program/Project Managers and regional/global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate supply chain planning and operational execution across EMEA to ensure timely order flow, shipments and installations; act as the primary planning liaison to Supply Chain, Distribution & Customer Logistics and Commercial to resolve constraints and escalate unresolved risks. Maintain and own operational trackers and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and timely updates to enable reporting, prioritization and escalation. Provide operational analysis, trackers and recommendations to Program/Project Managers and regional and global stakeholders to support decision‑making. Plan and facilitate cross‑functional governance cadence: prepare materials, lead meetings, capture actions and decisions, track follow‑up and escalate issues as needed. Support robotics launches and initial deployments across EMEA by validating market readiness, providing operational troubleshooting, overseeing first shipments/installations, documenting lessons learned, and recommending playbook or process updates. Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes to enable scalable, repeatable robotics deployments and faster time‑to‑install.
