You'll partner with Market Directors, General Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, support promotions and events, manage local content, and ensure our stores are set up for success. Partner with Market Directors and General Managers to execute promotions, vendor activations, and sales-driving campaigns. Plan and support community events, in-store pop-ups, sponsorships, and other local marketing opportunities. Create and manage content for local social media channels, the Liberty website, and customer communications. Coordinate marketing assets, promotional materials, and merchandising initiatives to ensure consistent brand execution. Support new product launches, online menu accuracy, and in-store marketing efforts through cross-functional collaboration. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and enhance the customer experience. Your Strengths Experience in retail, field, or brand marketing with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach. Creative thinker with experience in content creation, promotions, and community engagement. Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and local partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with METRC and the cannabis industry is a plus.
