Conduct thorough analysis of research programs to identify potential safety and compliance risks. Develop and implement safety and compliance procedures and protocols for research programs. Monitor and track compliance with regulations and policies. Collaborate with research teams to ensure understanding and adherence to safety and compliance requirements. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing safety and compliance standards. Communicate and educate research teams on safety and compliance regulations and protocols. Conduct regular audits and inspections of research facilities and procedures. Create and maintain documentation and records related to safety and compliance. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to research safety and compliance. Serve as a resource for research teams and other stakeholders on safety and compliance matters. Investigate and report any safety incidents or non-compliance issues. Work with external agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate safety and compliance into overall research strategies. Train and mentor new staff members on safety and compliance procedures and protocols.
