- *Job Summary As a crucial member of our medical transcription department, you will be responsible for transcribing radiology reports and other medical documents from audio recordings, updating patient charts, and entering reports into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. - Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
