Stay up-to-date with Apple product knowledge and industry trends. Continuously improve technical skills through training and self-development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in technical support or customer service. Strong knowledge of Apple products and macOS/iOS operating systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
