[Remote] Zoho MFG Consultant

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a Zoho MFG Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Zoho-based solutions for manufacturing operations. The role focuses on aligning business processes with Zoho applications to enhance efficiency and operational visibility.
Responsibilities
- Engage with production| procurement| inventory| and finance teams
- Understand manufacturing processes such as: Bill of Materials (BOM) Work orders & production planning Procurement and vendor management
- Map current workflows and identify process improvements
- Design and configure Zoho-based manufacturing solutions using: Zoho Inventory (stock| order management) Zoho Books (financial tracking| costing) Zoho Creator (custom manufacturing apps) Zoho CRM (sales-to-production integration)
- Configuration experiences multi-level BOMs Production workflows Routing and job tracking Warehouse and batch/lot management
Skills
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho-based solutions to manage manufacturing operations
- Engaging with production, procurement, inventory, and finance teams
- Understanding manufacturing processes such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Work orders & production planning, Procurement and vendor management
- Mapping current workflows and identifying process improvements

- Experience with Oracle CRM Functional Sales
- 6-8 years of experience required
