[Remote] Workforce Analytics Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dycom Industries, Inc is seeking a Workforce Analytics Manager to support their human capital strategy by transforming raw people data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves collaborating with various teams to forecast hiring needs, analyze workforce data, and improve recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, operating companies and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends, growth projections, and skills gaps
• Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies
• Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict future talent and capacity needs based on historical data and market trends
• Analyze internal labor movement (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility
• Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning
• Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, time to hire, cost per hire and turnover cost
• In partnership with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data integrity and improve reporting accuracy
• Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies
• Other projects as assigned

Skills

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years experience with financial or business analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HR analytics preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools is desired
