[Remote] White Goods Key Account Manager

They are seeking a White Goods U.S. Key Account Manager to manage and grow national key accounts, implement marketing activities, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow national key accounts in the US white goods sector with a clear sales strategy for each partner
- Coordinate and implement marketing activities such as promotions and product launches in collaboration with HQ and local teams
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across existing and new markets
- Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stay tuned into customer needs
- Translate market needs into technical product development feedback for our engineering teams
- Represent Hettich at major trade fairs and industry events to strengthen our market position
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve
- Take ownership of sales targets, margin development and inventory planning
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints
- Act with entrepreneurial mindset, balancing customer satisfaction with fiscal responsibility
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- At least three years of experience in outside sales or key account management
- Understanding of the dynamics of major appliance manufacturers
- Confidence in presenting to key decision-makers
- Skilled in leading multinational projects
- Comfortable navigating engineering, marketing and manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to turn complex customer needs into clear, actionable solutions
- Tech-savvy and fluent in MS Office
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel overnight across North America, including international trips
- Familiar with SAP and Salesforce
- Experience in the white goods, technical, or industrial sectors
