[Remote] Website & SEO Client Success Strategist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Contractor Dynamics is the most trusted marketing partner for roofing companies in the United States. They are seeking a Client Success Strategist who will manage client relationships and oversee SEO and website projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Host monthly strategy calls with SEO clients to review performance, set expectations, and surface new opportunities
- Send thorough recap emails after every client meeting with clear action items and next steps, so nothing falls through the cracks
- Review and approve every SEO deliverable before it goes to a client, including technical audits, keyword strategies, content, GBP posts, location pages, and link building reports
- Lead kickoff calls and milestone check-ins for every website build from start to launch
- Coordinate with our website design team to relay client priorities, content, approvals, and feedback throughout each build
- Collect and organize client assets before the design team begins, and manage revision cycles to keep timelines on track
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of our SEO Specialist team member, assigning tasks and reviewing work through Monday.com
- Conduct a weekly check-in with the SEO Specialist to address blockers and confirm the week ahead
- Monitor account health across your entire book, flag at-risk clients early, and escalate issues before they become problems
- Attend weekly full team meetings, weekly departmental meetings, and weekly Same Page meetings with Sydney
Skills
- Extensive experience in SEO account management or SEO strategy, ideally in an agency environment
- Proven experience managing website design or development projects from kickoff through launch
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, local SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, GBP management, and content strategy
- Experience managing contractors or specialist team members and holding them accountable to deadlines and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with a high level of organization and professionalism
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into plain, client-facing language
- Meticulous attention to detail. You catch what others miss. You review before anything goes out. You never let 'good enough' reach a client
- You have experience with Ahrefs, AgencyAnalytics, WhatConverts, Google Analytics 4, or Google Search Console
- You're familiar with Monday.com or other project management platforms
- You've worked with cross-functional or distributed remote teams
