[Remote] Web Producer, Web Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ready Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Producer to support their Managed Services Clients' web initiatives. This role will be instrumental in supporting the migration to a new CMS platform and exploring AI-driven efficiencies within the new platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on web production support for web projects, ensuring timely and accurate content deployment
- Support the migration of existing content and workflows to our clients new CMS platform with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and performance
- Identify and implement production efficiencies within the CMS, including process automation and template optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a streamlined, scalable web production process that supports both current and future needs
- Research and recommend AI integrations that enhance production workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve content quality
- Assist in authoring documentation and updating internal processes to reflect new workflows and platform capabilities
- Participate in QA and testing of new features, templates, and tools within the CMS environment
- Perform basic authoring tasks such as image cropping, image optimization, and layout adjustments
- Coordinate and support localization efforts to ensure our clients websites are accessible and relevant to global audiences
Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in content production
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search visibility
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly document processes
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward identifying and resolving production bottlenecks
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web production tools
- Experience with AEM or similar systems is a plus
- Interest in or experience with AI tools that support content creation and workflow automation
