[Remote] Volunteer: Create a Series of Mission-Driven Short-Form Social Media Videos
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Army Pink - Pathway To Freedom is a nonprofit organization focused on creating social change through pro bono connections. They are seeking a volunteer to create a series of short videos optimized for social media platforms to raise awareness about safe rides and support resources for survivors of domestic abuse.
Responsibilities
- Create a batch of 24–36 short videos (15–60s) optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Include captions, text overlays, and simple visual storytelling with a consistent tone and pacing, created from provided written content, voice notes, and creative direction
- Expand Army Pink’s digital reach and make mission messages more accessible and shareable
- Help raise awareness of safe rides, connect survivors to support resources, and increase visibility for life‑saving services
Skills
- Experience in creating short-form videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Ability to incorporate captions, text overlays, and visual storytelling into video content
- Strong understanding of maintaining a consistent tone and pacing in video production
- Ability to work with provided written content and voice notes to create engaging video narratives
- Experience in receiving and implementing feedback on drafts
- Strong communication skills for coordination during the publishing process
