The Vice President of Strategic Operations is responsible for leading enterprise-wide operations, overseeing cross-functional planning, and ensuring effective execution of strategic projects.

- Supporting data-driven decision-making to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong Operations Management experience with a track record of optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accountability for revenue and cost performance
- Background in Customer Service leadership, with the ability to design and monitor service standards, customer experience metrics, and improvement initiatives
- Proven Strategic Planning skills, including setting long-term objectives, defining operational roadmaps, and aligning initiatives with organizational priorities
- Advanced Project Management capabilities, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, establishing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote and distributed teams
- Experience in senior or executive-level operations roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- Comfort with data analytics, KPI development, and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
- Background in growth-oriented or multi-site organizations is beneficial
- An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is advantageous
