Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Design Expert with a multidisciplinary background. The role involves evaluating and refining design content, assessing AI-generated materials, and collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and design principles.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements
- Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles
- Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience
- Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards
- Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios
- Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials
Skills
- Have a minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio
- Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles
- Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements
