Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Design Expert with a multidisciplinary background to contribute to their design initiatives. The role involves evaluating design content, providing feedback on user experience, and collaborating with AI teams to enhance design quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements
- Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles
- Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience
- Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards
- Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios
- Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials
Skills
- Have a minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio
- Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles
- Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements
