[Remote] UX Writer / Content Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Millennium Group is seeking UX Writers / Content Designers for a client in San Antonio. This role focuses on leveraging human-centered design and content design principles to create holistic digital content experiences that address member problems and meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- The core duty of this job is to do user experience writing for .com, the mobile app, email, text messages and push notifications
- The writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content
- They must be able to do strategic thinking, collaborate with subject matter experts and handle working in a very fast-paced environment
- Writers are expected to finish projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity
Skills
- 4 years' user experience writing or content design
- Very familiar with SEO, AP writing experience /style, using style guides (4 years minimum)
- Experienced in working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences
- UX Writing Certification
- Experience with Figma
- SEM Rush
- Must have portfolio
