They are seeking a Senior Time Element and Delay Analysis Managing Consultant to work remotely, focusing on construction management, scheduling, and claims evaluation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

High-level of communication skills with clients and project representatives A passion for problem-solving, including in-depth analysis of construction project documentation, schedules, and delay claim information Expert report writing on timeline and delay analysis performed A collaborative and adaptable communicator, including excellent presentation skills Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Passion for innovation and continuous improvement Travel required for local, regional, and national business client assignments Work with an interdisciplinary team of consultants as part of investigations Develop and maintain client relationships through projects and team-related activities within the region Receive mentoring from senior staff and provide mentorship to junior staff members Skills A minimum BS degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or an applicable construction-related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and insurance claim industries Proficiency with construction scheduling software (i.e., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Xactimate (valued), RS Means Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and project management skills Ideal candidate will have previous litigation support experience (i.e., deposition, testimony) Company Overview McLarens is an insurance service company that provides loss adjustment, claims, and risk management services.
