[Remote] Time Critical Account Manager - Cargo
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Air Partner Cargo is a specialist provider of Time Critical logistics services focused on urgent shipments. The Time-Critical Account Manager will manage key client relationships and provide tailored logistics solutions while ensuring exceptional service and efficiency under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of Time Critical Services, including Hand Carry (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), partial and full charters, hybrid solutions, and road transport, while enhancing Air Partner’s brand awareness among customers and suppliers
- Rotational shifts outside regular working hours are required and demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently in time-critical and challenging situations
- Ability to grow relationships and communicate effectively with customers and vendors
- Understand aircraft and truck types, both in size and capabilities
- Route, Track & Trace loads in process
- Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments
- Ensure delivery of KPI’s while displaying the values & behaviours expected
- Promoting the Time Critical services to Air Partners clients within the US region
Skills
- High School Diploma
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to change, competitive and highly motivated
- Anticipates and intervenes, to recover a situation in a timely and constructive way
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in air freight or freight forwarding with a focus on Time Critical Services is an advantage
- Strong market knowledge of both airlines and customers
- Experienced working in an international, multi-cultural environment
