Remote Therapist- LMSW

We are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health services in a flexible and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate clinical treatment and conduct initial assessments.
- Use an electronic health record to input notes and assessments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct teletherapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
- Complete collaborative/concurrent documentation and submit within 24-48 hours of appointments.
- Manage an independent caseload.
- Develop person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
- Coordinate care with clinical supervisors and medical providers to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to address serious mental illness, trauma, primary healthcare needs, and criminal justice involvement.
- Provide culturally competent services tailored to individual client needs, considering factors such as race, ethnicity, culture, language, immigration status, developmental status, criminal justice involvement, sexuality, age, and gender.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Active NYS, CT, or NJ license LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Article 31 outpatient clinic, mental health clinic, or teletherapy setting.
- Commitment to 15-20 hours per week.
- Liability Insurance and NPI number.
- Bilingual candidates and those with certifications in specific modalities/interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, MIT ) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, youth, and adult populations is a plus.
