About The Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual, family & group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments & interventions
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and best practices
- Maintain accurate client records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related field
- Must hold a valid LMSW, LCSW,LGPC or LPC or equivalent licensure, with eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia.
- Candidates must be in good standing with the licensing body and eligible for insurance credentialing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in written and oral communication, capable of effective documentation and client communication.
