InGenesis, Inc. is a trusted Healthcare Services Firm seeking a Temporary Administrative Security Specialist to support administrative functions for security clearances on government contracts. The role involves coordinating paperwork, providing timelines, and ensuring compliance with government requirements in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer security paperwork necessary for employment on government contracts including virtual paperwork completion sessions, coordinating fingerprint, scheduling, and follow up
- Coordinate and collect paperwork from new applicants in accordance with government requirements
- Provide timelines to complete the security process
- Modify, view, and make suggestions to ensure package submissions are accurate
- Track pipeline of submissions
- Communicate with applicants and company personnel in a professional and friendly manner
- Attend all required trainings sessions
- Meet accuracy standards and performance indicators established by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience completing clerical or office work
- Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, scanner, etc
- Must be able to use components of Microsoft Office Suite to complete tasks and possess the ability to learn additional software applications
- Experience with government security clearances
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools
- Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
