[Remote] TEMP_NEO_Senior Salesforce Administrator

HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Administrator to support their Go-to-Market systems team. The role focuses on providing foundational support for sales and operations teams, handling end-user support, troubleshooting platform errors, and performing minor configurations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for basic end-user support tickets
- Handle routine user provisioning, de-provisioning and access changes. Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Investigate and resolve basic issues related to access, visibility, and error messages
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating fields, page layouts, list views, reports
- Assist with basic data hygiene tasks, including data updates, imports/exports
- Monitor existing basic automations (Flows, Validation Rules) and report issues
- Maintain clear documentation on system processes and SOPs
Skills
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
- Foundational security model knowledge (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- 5+ years experience required
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) highly preferred
- Experience in ad-tech, social media, or consumer tech GTM environments preferred
- US-based, in-house admin experience preferred (NOT consulting firms)
