[Remote] Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Private Company is partnering with a leading technology company to hire an experienced Technical Sourcer and Technical Recruiter. The role focuses on supporting hiring across high-impact Engineering needs, particularly in Software Engineering and AI/ML, by identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, and related engineering organizations
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level technical positions
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines
- Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top technical talent
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting Software Engineering and/or AI/ML hiring
- Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent
- Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations
- Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams
- Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets
